  4. You may request to opt-out from future selling of your personal information to third parties. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA.

The CCPA defines personal information broadly and as such, it includes pseudonymous identifiers such as cookie IDs and mobile advertising IDs. Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with the storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Services. By providing any information, including personal information, on or to the Services, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.

In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information.

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note however that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at our email: contact@highscore.com. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
